The Clapham Quarter Development, Clapham South

Clapham Quarter is a residential development in Clapham, London SW4, built by Sitehold London Ltd and designed by HUT Architecture. It sits just behind the Tesco car park, land that once formed part of it, and is accessed via Maud Chadburn Place.

The project received financing from Investec, as publicly acknowledged on their website.

The scheme consists of 36 flats spread across a mix of three- and four-storey blocks. It includes cycle storage, limited car parking, shared outdoor space, and an extended pedestrian walkway.

Construction was carried out by London South Build Limited, previously known as Kuropatwa Ltd., which entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 28 March 2025.

Many of the properties are currently listed for sale through Rampton Baseley.
